PISOTTA SULLA GREOLA:

My favourite!! It is a foccacia cooked on the fire grill, it is found throughout the year, even if there are very few places that still produce it, Marco produces it only on order. It can be sweet or salty. The ingredients are very simple: flour, water, salt, a pinch of bicarbonate and then oil or milk is added, depending on family traditions !! It is truly a sublime dessert, which you will not be able to do without !!

BRASADELA

Typical dessert of the Easter period, it is a biscuit made in the shape of a donut. It was originally meant to be soaked in recioto, now it is more commonly soaked in milk. It is boiled in hot water and then baked in the oven in order to have the outside a little crunchy. The ingredients are very simple: eggs, flour, butter, sugar, a little grappa and a little marsale to give it an extra note!
