SUNDAY 26th APRIL - divin Negrar, tasting in Valpolicella

Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Recioto and Amarone: live their history through the itinerant tasting organized by divin Negrar.

The route will be divided into six stages, in the most characteristic vineyards, where you can taste the wines guided by qualified sommeliers. During the itinerary you can also taste the typical products of our land.

6 places will be chosen to let you experience the essence of our valley:

1. SANTA MARIA

extreme point of the classic Valpolicella overlooking the Adige and the city of Verona

2. MORON

one of the best exposures in the valley, with its gentle slopes you begin to climb towards the capital

3. IGT

6. SAN PERETTO

Valle nella valle is the place that greets the sun every day on behalf of the people of Negrar.

At each stop, you will experience the wines of the wineries belonging to that specific area, exploring the distinctive notes and expressions of that territory.

A continuous transport service will be available, with departures every 30 minutes, to take you along the entire Negrarese eno-itinerary

At each stop you will find two expert sommeliers from the area who will welcome you and accompany you in the tasting of the references proposed by local producers: Valpolicella classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto.

Included in your ticket you will also have a hot dish:
Valponcelli (or Valponsèi), fresh Amarone pasta ravioli filled with braised wild boar, served with Lessinia butter and Monte Veronese Dop cheese.
